DEPLOYMENT
We work together with you to deploy your network infrastructure, including you in every step of the decision making process. The network design solution is mainly produced remotely, and the sites for placing your network equipment are agreed with you. We then deliver the equipment and carry out the deployment on-site. Equipment is tested in factory during our Factor Acceptance Tests before delivery, and subsequently on-site after deployment is complete with Site Acceptance Tests. And we to share your network with your customers.
MANAGEMENT
We manage your network infrastructure for you remotely 24 hours a day, 365.25 days of the year, with an SLA with up-time of up to 99.99%. Our networking software provides real time intelligent and dynamic network performance, traffic and security monitoring of your network. This includes: real-time traffic monitoring at up to 10Gbps speeds, generation of flow statistics/metadata, collection and long-term storage for up to 1 month, application classification and raw traffic recording. We anticipate and handle any issues that may arise, and resolve them immediately.
MAINTENANCE
Most of our equipment in the system comes with a proven mean time between failures (MTBF) of over 70-years. We prefer that the network infrastructure provides complete redundancy. The network can continue handling the load and provide uninterrupted connectivity, if a node fails in the network. We maintain your network infrastructure for you in case of failure, or other adverse events.
